联邦技工移民简介
全称Federal Skilled Trades Program，FSTP是联邦和各省政府为吸引技术工人移民加拿大解决劳动力短缺而推出的移民项目,适用于职业为NOC B类的申请人。申请人必须持有加拿大雇主的开具的工作合同，或由加拿大某一省份颁发的技工职业证书。联邦移民局于2013年启动联邦技工移民项目，为来自全世界的技术工人提供专门的移民途径。
申请条件
工作经验：
● 申请人至少有两年的全职工作经历或等同的兼职工作经历；
● 申请人能够展示技能和经验，并且可以履行职业的相关职责；
● 候选人必须计划居住在魁北克省以外。魁北克省通过独特的移民系统选择自己的技术工人；
● 符合指定技工类工作NOC规定的上岗的技术及证书要求；
● 工作职位必须是NOC中以下六个大类别：
72类：工业、电工和建筑技工类别；
73类：设备保养与操作技术类别；
82类：自然资源、农业或相关产品的监督及技术职位类别；
92类：处理、生产、能源监督及中央控制员类别；
632类：大厨及厨师；
633类：屠夫及烘培师。
以上类别下属存在各类不同工作岗位，全部属于NOC B类职业。
全职工作的定义：
● 全职：一年1,560个小时，每周30个小时
● 兼职：两年1,560个小时，每周15个小时
语言水平：
● 英语或法语的语言能力达到：口语与听力 CLB 5、写作与阅读 CLB 4
教育水平：
● 申请人必须有高中或高中以上的教育水平；
● 如果申请人获得是加拿大境外学历，则申请人必须提供移民部认可的学历评估报告，如WES。
